With over a decade of legal experience, our lead Coral Springs personal injury lawyer, Cindy Goldstein, is licensed to practice both in Florida and California. Thomas Wenzel has been with Cindy A. Goldstein, P.A since 2013. Mr. Wenzel practices general civil litigation specializing in insurance claims and contract law. During law school, Mr. Wenzel interned at the US Department of Homeland Security, the University of Wales, and civil litigation firms in London, UK. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wenzel was a successful entrepreneur in the Southeast US market.

Jamie R. Martin

Jamie R. Martin earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in only two and a half years, while obtaining a concentration in trial advocacy. While in law school, Jamie made the Dean’s List and volunteered helping low income clients at Florida Gulfcoast Legal Services.

Prior to joining the Cindy Goldstein, P.A., Jamie practiced insurance defense for four years, where she witnessed first-hand the tactics employed by insurance companies to undervalue claims by victims of personal injury. Jamie’s experience on the defense side confirmed her desire to advocate for the people.

Jamie has practiced Plaintiff’s personal injury, Defendant’s Personal Injury, Defendant’s PIP Litigation, and Defendant’s Property Insurance.

Michael Amad
